קצת על המשרה
1. הכנת המכונה לתחילת העבודה
2. הרכבת הגליל,
3. בחירת תכנית הייצור הנכונה,
4. תפעול שוטף של המכונה במהלך כל שלבי האריזה
5. מתן מענה לתקלות פשוטות וקריאה לאחזקה במידת הצורך
6. החלפה בין מוצרים
7. ביצוע ניקיונות עפ"י דרישות האיכות
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:
ניסיון בהפעלת מכונה-יתרון
, הבנה/חוש טכנית בסיסית ,יכולת למידה , יכולת תפקיד בלחץ יחסי אנוש מצוינים חריצות
נכונות לעבודה פיזית ובטמפ' 12-14 מעלות

Support Operations in multi-disciplinary projects, component sourcing, and engineering documentation.
Provide engineering support to Zutacore production lines & CM.
Lead and manage the introduction of new products (NPI) to manufacturing environments.
Develop and execute project plans for NPI activities, ensuring alignment with product development timelines.
Responsible for building and managing Product/Production files, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/fixtures design, DfX, production needs, and troubleshooting.
Responsible for conducting product ECO process including implementation and configuration control.
Promote cost reduction and second source projects.
Collaboration with other teams such as Quality, Planning, Mechanical R&D, etc.

BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
Previous experience with CAD software.
Previous experience in manufacturing technologies.
Experience with SolidWorks Enterprise PDM and Priority ERP, an advantage.
Experience in multidisciplinary systems, an advantage.
Develop and manage production schedules while ensuring material availability and preventing bottlenecks.
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to optimize resource planning.
Calculate and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and logistics, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Work with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems for efficient planning, inventory management, and reporting.
Ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Prepare production and cost analysis reports to support decision-making and audits.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of cost accounting and production planning principles.
Capable of managing tasks from initiation to completion, demonstrating proactivity and resourcefulness. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP software (Priority , SAP, etc.).
