Roles & Responsibilities:
* Own full lifecycle recruitment for temporary and permanent positions – both entry and mid-levels.
* Work closely with hiring managers.
* Post and Source using effective social media and creative outreach techniques.
* Maintain candidate data in our application system.
* Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
* Manage external recruiting agencies in an effective manner.
* Support other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
* 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative.
* Problem-Solving skills, result-oriented and multitasking.
* Independent, proactive, and positive approach.
* Flexible, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities
* Excellent communication skills.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Hebrew; Intermediate in English
