About the Position

This is a great opportunity for creative and driven individuals who live and breathe branding. 

It will be your responsibility to be the “gatekeeper” for all content created and published by smarTrike.

From planning and executing content, social, marketing, and creative plans to working closely with all company teams to promote a strong brand identity and preserve solid brand guidelines, you will hold a substantial position in the company and its growth and expansion

Job Description

  • Plan the company’s brand and content strategy

  • Maintain clear brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all marketing channels, social media, marketing materials, partners communications, etc.

  • Oversee the company’s multiple organic social media accounts

  • Manage a team of marketing managers

  • Work closely with marketing, design, customer service, e-commerce, and product teams

  • Develop creative deliverables for digital, social, brand presentations, and more

  • Demonstrate creative thinking, keep ahead of trends, and provide inspiration and recommendations for your team members

  • Uphold a creative yet performance-oriented approach

 

Requirements

  • Native English speaker - a MUST

  • 4+ years experience as a brand manager (including community management, content strategy and storytelling)

  • Experience working with global brands in multiple countries

  • Familiar with online advertising practices, methodology and KPI’s

  • Expert written, verbal and visual communicator, with an ability to articulate abstract creative concepts

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks end-to-end simultaneously and prioritize appropriately

  • Proven track record managing marketing/ branding/ content teams
