תאור תפקיד: 

•    Oversee all import and export operations aspects, collaborating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
•    Manage and ensure the accuracy of trade documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork.
•    Stay current on evolving trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions various countries impose, mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance.
•    Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize costs, delivery times, and supply chain efficiency.
•    Monitor, track, and report on the status of shipments to customers, providing real-time updates and proactive communication.
•    Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement best practices in global trade compliance.
•    Build strong relationships with international shipping partners and customs authorities to facilitate seamless movement of goods.
•    Proactively identify and address potential logistical challenges, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
•    Maintain meticulous records for all international shipments, ensuring traceability and facilitating audits.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

•    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a global logistics or trade compliance role.
•    Proven understanding of international trade regulations (Incoterms, export controls, etc.).
•    Experience with trade compliance software and automation tools (a plus).
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Proficient in Priority ERP.
•    Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
