1. ניהול פעילות המחסן בארהב/גרמניה/ אנגליה:

• מעקב וביקורת על פעילות המשלוחים וההזמנות השוטפת

• בדיקה ואישור חשבוניות

• תפעול משימות שוטפות

 2.משלוחים ימיים:

ריכוז המשלוחים הימיים לכל היעדים במשלוחים בין חברות בנות. 

סורסינג לאוניות ואחריות על כל התהליך להבאת הסחורה ליעד הסופי

 3.ניהול מלאים ותחזיות:

שליטה במלאי החברה בכל מחסן בעולם וניהול המשלוחים הבאים בהתאם לקצב המכירות בשיתוף עם מחלקת מכיררות און ליין

• Management of the warehouse activity in the USA/Germany/England, including:

  • Follow-up and review of current delivery and order activity

  • Inspection and approval of invoices

  • Operation of routine tasks
     

• Shipping:

  • Organization of shipments to all destinations and shipments between subsidiaries.

  • Sourcing ships, and management of the entire process of shipping goods to their final destination
     

• Inventory management and forecasts:

  • Controlling the company's inventory in every warehouse in the world and managing the next shipments according to the rate of sales, in coordination with the eCom team.
