Description of Duties

• To receive Buy and Make items from suppliers
• To perform Acceptance Inspection against orders, datasheets, and engineering drawings
• To monitor schedule, correctness, and quality of received orders
• To collect items from stock for kitting of products
• To issue kits for production at contract manufacturers
• To manage a log of all inventory movements (in/out) and safety stock
• To organize and control the warehouse (including nonconforming material)
• To coordinate labeling, packaging, and logistics
• To work with contractors
• To read Production Files, Assembly Drawings and Work Instruction
• To accompany the production processes at the Contract Manufacturer production floor
• To create reports to management
• To become an integral part of the Operations team

הקלדת חשבוניות במערכת  של ענפים שונים.
הקמת ספקים חדשים
אחריות על ארגוני קניות – רישום, אישור מול ספקי  ארגון הקניות וקליטת החשבוניות.
התאמות  כרטיסי ספקים.
הכנת תשלומים.

למרפאת השיניים בקיבוץ עלומים דרוש/ה סעיית לרופא שיניים ועבודות אדמיניסטרציה.

• אחריות על איתור, פיתוח ושימור הקשר עם המעסיקים הן לצורך השמה והן לעידוד מעורבות של מעסיקים בקידום התעסוקה באיזור.
• שיווק מרכז מעברים לכלל המעסיקים במועצות השותפות ובאיזור.
• קידום פוטנציאל השמה של מקבלי השירות בתוכנית  אל מול מעסיקים במרחב.
• בניית מנגוני עבודה , יוזמה והתנעת פרויקטים משותפים עם מעסיקים.
• הגדלת היקף ומגוון המשרות הפנויות והסדרת חסמים בקליטת עובדים, התפתחותם וקידומם.
• איתור צרכי מעסיקים וזיהוי מגמות תעסוקתיות.
• הנגשת תוכניות ממשלתיות למקבלי השירות בתוכנית.
• שותפות בפורומים וקבוצות חשיבה משותפים למעסיקים וארגונים חברתיים.
• עבודה עם מאגר נתונים ממוחשב ועידכונו השוטף בפניות יזמים ופעילויות בתחום.
• עבודה מול תכנית עבודה הכוללת יעדים ומדדים.
