• Seek, evaluate and select reliable vendors and suppliers to meet the required quality standards and specifications 

• Managing the purchasing process of technical equipment and engineering designs E2E, including: benchmark, negotiation, tracking communication and more

• In charge of preparation and submission of regulatory applications, reports, or correspondence as well as provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues

Developing cooling components and systems for the automotive industry.
• Mechanical design of system parts.
• Calculations in the following subjects: Thermodynamics, Heat-transfer, fluid mechanics, and mechanics.
• Production and assembly drawings.
• Accompanying production processes
• Simulation analysis: Heat-transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics, Static, etc.
• Research and analysis of new products in the automotive industry.
• Conducting experiments on newly designed components and systems.
• Become an integral part of the R&D team.

• Act as a subject expert across the business.
• Take technical responsibility for the power circuit design, simulation, validation, and characterization across multiple products ensuring their successful delivery.
• Evaluate and enable innovative solutions for cost, size, efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Generate design documentations.
• Root-cause and solve technical issues during new product development and in field escalations.
• Characterize power consumption, battery run time, battery charging/discharging curve.
• Execute various battery module and pack system tests at the Normal Battery Test Facility
• Support facility startup operations for commissioning and integration of battery test systems
• Execution of detailed test methods for conducting characterization of control system behaviors
• Create test outlines and detailed methods including equipment, instrumentation and test assets
• Qualify and commission battery electrical test equipment
• Work toward achievement of program test schedule
• Knowledge of the characteristics of power conversion such as linear and of switching regulators.
• Experience in Battery Management System – Big Advantage.
• Speak up for safety issues and read across activities for actions and closures
• Knowledge and experience of SOC and battery thermal management.

• Managing the office and hub logistics, including office supply and all hub needs, handling the relationship with the building operations and different suppliers.
• Working closely and supporting the Managing Director of the hub on all aspects regarding the weekly agenda, daily work, operational tasks, and all professional needs as defined by the MD
• Overseeing team’s monthly hour reporting, monthly expense, and travel expense reports. Work closely with the financial arm of the hub to ensure a functional financial activity
• Handling all monthly bills and payments 
• Assisting in IT needs of the team  
• Coordinating and supporting the team activities with startups, partners, and executives, including workshops, team off-sites, networking events, etc.
• Onboarding local and international team members to the team
