Job Summary: Pilogics (www.pilogicsltd.com) is looking to expand its team to help bring hair regrowth solution to men and women around the world.  The Junior Product Manager will play a key role in the development and launch of new home use hair regrowth devices as well as support of the existing Hairegen product line (http://www.hairegen.co.il). The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring new products to market and drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and execution of product development strategy for home use medical devices

  • Collaborates with engineering and design teams to bring new products to market

  • Works with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging

  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps

  • Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions

  • Participates in product launches and go-to-market strategy

  • Collaborates with sales team to develop sales tools and training materials

  • Coordinates with external partners and vendors as needed

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

  • Bachelor's degree or last year student in engineering, business, or related field

  • Fully fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must 

  • Strong communication, specifically English writing a must

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong understanding of product development processes

  • Experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in a product management or related role a plus

  • Ability to self-manage and self motivate

  • Position combines work from the SouthUp incubator site in Nir-Am and remote work from home with flexible hours
